"Staging by Ann" works with local homeowners and realtors whose main objective is to sell a home.
Staging a home often requires removing items in efforts to to declutter a space. However, home staging also often requires adding furniture, accessories and art to impress your perspective buyers.
Upon performing a walk-through of subject properties we often find outdated furniture which is placed in a manner that does not use the space well. Employing an interior designer to stage or enhance the layout of your home allows you to tap into our in-depth knowledge and experience which we have earned performing such services for over 20 years. Effectively staging a home, takes in account the layout of your building and technical items such as lighting, color balancing, and knowledge of fabrics, styles and trends. Replacing all of your existing furniture is not required. Relocating and/or reorganizing these pieces, along with adding supplemental items will bring harmony to your space while updating your overall design. Put our interior design experience to work when selecting pieces which can be added to your existing furniture sets or when staging vacant spaces.
Staging by Ann offers a package specific to furniture, accessory and art procurement. Upon establishing a budget, trust in us to procure the items required to fulfill your desired design.
